Private Raymon R. Bibb was born in McLean County, Kentucky, 26 April 1897. He joined the Kentucky State Guard at Bowling Green, Warren County, Kentucky, on 9 July 1915, as a member of Company A, 1st Battalion of the 3rd Infantry. Bibb served with the Kentucky National Guard on the Mexican Border during the Punitive Expedition.
