Specialist Fourth Class Jason Scott Burnette, 23, of Manchester, Clay County was killed in a single vehicle automobile accident on 13 September 2012 while on a training assignment at Camp Grafton Training Center, near Devil’s Lake, North Dakota.

Burnette was a member of the 207th Horizontal Engineer Company, Hazard.
